"It's time to reset and put masks back on."

The Delta Variant is currently surging in pockets of the U.S., mask mandates are returning, and the CDC is expected to update guidance for mask on children 12 and younger.

"We are at a very different point in the pandemic than we were a month ago," Dr. Leana Wen told CNN on Tuesday. • The American Academy of Pediatrics has updated its guidance and states that everyone in schools should wear masks, regardless of vaccination status.
